Welcome to Collier County GIS

GIS technolgy makes use of several integrated layers of data for a given geographic area in order to gain useful knowledge of that area.  Information such as streets and addresses; utility infrastructure, zoning districts, parks and trails, ecosystems, etc. are used to map and track information of a given geographic area.  GIS mapping is unlimited in its usefulness for municipal planners, utilities, conservationalists, developers, businesses and first-responders and it has broad application in both the public and private domain.

The Collier County GIS website utilizes numerous data sets that are maintained by the Board of County Commissioners, Collier County Property Appraisers Office and the Collier County Tax Collector, just to name a few.  Examples of the data sets you will find on this site include County and City boundaries, ownership parcels, street centerlines, address points, zoning districts; political jurisdictions, and aerial photographic images.  As is the nature of any GIS, this site can be used in a wide spectrum of applications.
